1.      Get 2 sheets of paper. Place on top of each other.
2.      Lift the paper closest to you slightly higher over the other paper.
3.      Fold the paper away from you so there are 4 flaps.
4.      Staple the top
5.      Cut through the top three layers
6.      1st Layer

Organelle Wanted Poster Research Link


STEP 1: Choose one of the following organelle

Cell wall, cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome, golgi bodies, vacuoles, chloroplasts, lysosomes.

STEP 2:  Research your organelle


STEP 3:  Create a wanted poster
1. CRIME: Why is this organelle "wanted"? In other words, what does it do for the cell? Or, what is the organelle’s function?
2. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: What does the organelle look like? How would you know if you found the organelle? Provide a description and an actual picture. The picture must be hand drawn by you.
3. LOCATION: Where should we look for the organelle?
Which of the following types of cells is this organelle found in? Plants or Animals or both?
4. ACCOMPLICES: Who helps your organelle? In other words, what other organelles/structures in the cell help your organelle do it’s job?
